A new bill could make it easier to determine the cleanliness of food carts. Earlier this month, Queens City Councilmember Karen Koslowitz introduced a bill that would require food carts and trucks to post letter grades following health department inspections. City restaurants have been required to post letter grades, which range from A to C, since 2010.
